Preparing for Our Crew’s Arrival

  • Furniture Arrangement: Move any necessary furniture before our crew arrives, as moving furniture is not included in the setup fee.
  • What’s Included in Our Service: Our team will expertly install your tree and set up the lights. Please note that we do not provide decoration or undecoration services for tree ornaments.

Tips for a Smooth Installation

  • Entryways: Double doors or French doors are ideal for bringing a tree inside, ensuring a smooth and damage-free entry.
  • Lighting: We recommend using LED lights for their energy efficiency and longevity. Rohsler’s lighting fee is based on materials and labor.
  • Cost-Effective Preparation: To achieve the best value, please provide our crew with a suitable stand and tested lights. This ensures a quick and efficient setup.
