Roses and a Raffle at Rohsler’s Rose Day
This past Saturday, the air buzzed with excitement as rose enthusiasts and gardening gurus alike gathered for Rose Day at Rohsler’s Allendale Nursery. Jerry Amoroso from Weeks Roses was on hand to share a wealth of knowledge, answering questions about rose selection, proper care, and disease prevention. From the best varieties for New Jersey’s climate to tips for achieving stunning blooms, Jerry ensured everyone left with a newfound appreciation for these timeless beauties, and perhaps a new rose bush (or two).

At the end of the day, there was a raffle of three new Weeks Roses introductions for 2025:
- Angelic Veil Hybrid Tea Rose (white edged pink flower)
- In Love Again Hybrid Tea Rose (medium red flowers)
- Time After Time Floribunda Rose (medium coral pink flowers)
